In the heart of Capetown at Bigbay

This spot is well known for both good freestyle and wave conditions. The first time I rode here I went for the waves like most of the other riders. It turned out to be a very good day with solid 5m swell and 20-25knots for 9- or 7m².
During the session the waves were head high and overhead but really inviting for aggressive maneuvers. I had a blast catching waves for 2h. Later we moved onto a spot called Haakgat to finish off strong. Over there the waves were braking so violently with solid 5m and very light wind, which was quite hard to handle. We are looking forward to check out a few more spots and I want to invite you to follow me along the way!
